Call to Order

At 10:00 am, the Chair called the meeting to order. ​

Roads Financial Statements as of April 30, 2023

Tender Award - CW2023-031 Creekbank Bridge Rehabilitation

  That County of Wellington Project No. CW2023-031 for the rehabilitation of the Creekbank Bridge located between Wellington Road 8 and Mapleton Twelfth Line as specified be awarded to Engineered Concrete Limited of Kitchener, Ontario at the total tendered amount of $519,848.80 exclusive of HST @ 13%; and

  That the funding for this project be approved as set out in the Financial Summary; and

  That staff be authorized to issue the Purchase Order for the contract; and

Tender Award - CW2023-013 - Wellington Road 109 Asphalt Rehabilitation

  That County of Wellington Project No. CW2023-013 for asphalt rehabilitation on Wellington Road 109 between Wellington Road 16 and the Dufferin boundary as specified be awarded to Brantco Construction of Cambridge, Ontario at the total tendered amount of $1,446,875.00 exclusive of HST @ 13%; and

  That the funding for this project be approved as set out in the Financial Summary; and

  That staff be authorized to issue the Purchase Order for the contract; and

Tender Award - CW2023-029 - Wellington Road 32 Lake Road Rehabilitation

  That County of Wellington Project No. CW2023-029 tender for the rehabilitation of Wellington Road 32 from south of the Highway 401 overpass (Concession 2) to the MTO carpool lot in the Township of Puslinch as specified be awarded to Cox Construction Limited of Guelph, Ontario at the total tendered amount of 1,722,224.14 exclusive of HST @ 13%; and

  That the funding for this project be approved as set out in the Financial Summary; and

  That staff be authorized to issue the Purchase Order for the contract; and
